Community Sign Board Application

Rule for community sign board

Applications will be filed with the Village Clerk’s office
Each application for an event is allowed up to two adjoining lines (22 letters/characters per line)
Use of signboard is limited to Village of Chittenango events, Town of Sullivan major parks & recreation events, major Chittenango School District events, Village non-for-profit organizations, Town of Sullivan not-for-profit organizations
The event must benefit the entire community
Sign up will being annually in January of each year. The sign space will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis
Priority will first be given to Village events then to annual large-scale events
Effort will be made to place signs up two-weeks prior to the event, if possible
